OUT WITH OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW

Sunday the phone rang and I answered for once. Usually I don't because of the annoying marketing calls, even though my husband and I are on the "do not call list." Can you imagine what it would be like if there was a do-not-call list. Anyway, I was surprised that it was Sen. Scott Brown calling all the way from Washington, D.C. It was a conference call for voters in Massachusetts and it was live. It was really cool. If you wanted to ask a question or had a concern, one would press"0" and the call would be screened.

Yes, it was really "live." Sen. Brown was on the phone "live." I was impressed and it was very daunting, eye-opening and wonderful to listen to the political climate encountered by the citizens of the Massachusetts.

Some people owned there own businesses and were at rock-bottom because of jobs going overseas. Others are making it, through the grace of G-d. But none were extremely happy with the transparent integrity of most politicians in DC. This is what bothers me the most.

You figure how long has this dishonesty been going on and how much longer will it be going on. I have seen Martha Coakley's TV ads and she is lying through her teeth, talking about not wanting to burden more people with taxes. Well, "heellloooo!!!", that's all the democratic party in Taxachusetts has been doing since Gov. Patrick has been in. It's not any better. Romney had it straighten out and Mr. Deval comes in with his health care plan using this state as a guinea pig and screws the state budget up. Now the books are in the "red." If people were on unemployment or had no healthcare and were under a certain income level, they could apply for state-funded insurance and get it. We didn't need "his" (aka Obama's) health care plan.

Obama has especially told untruths to the younger generation. If his tax ideas go through, they will be paying taxes for the rest of their lives, if we still have a democratic government by then.
We are voting for Brown so these younger people won't be taxed to death like we are right now.
We are also praying intensely that Sen. Brown gets voted into that senatorial seat left by the vacancy of Mr. Edward Kennedy's passing on. And Sen. Brown is correct, that is not Sen. Kennedy's "seat"; it is not the "republican" or democrat's" seat; IT IS THE PEOPLE'S SEAT.

This is another thing Washington has forgot----that we are the ones who voted them in and we CAN vote them out also. We still have a democratic society and we need to get rid of these crooked (to say the least) politicians. My husband said his father (who passed away this past year) told him that this has been going on a long time, longer than before the baby boomers were known. From what I can gather, since Woodrow Wilson who was a progressive. His father was an officer in the Navy and enlisted right after Pearl Harbor got hit. My husband is retired from the Army and is a Vietnam veteran. And Sen. Brown is still in the National Guard and has been for 30 years and is an attorney also. All these men have been telling the truth. All these men are disgusted with the way Washington and similiar settings are run.

We were brought up to be honest and to go by G-d's laws and Washington has "BETRAYED" us and now we need to bring back the basics, honest integrity, morals, and ethics. It IS NOT okay to cheat and take the shirts off of people's backs so one can, for instance, have a mansion over in Ireland because of this type of gain. I can go on and on and on but for now I better stop.

MY MAIN POINT HERE IS VOTE FOR SEN. SCOTT BROWN. It will be a vote for an honest person and to get " back to basics" as he would say. It is illogical "steal from Peter to pay Paul," and this is still what's going on. Here it is 2010 and look at the mess we are in. Even the Chinese advised us not the do this health care plan and to wait till we were in a more stable monetary environment. But, nooooooooooooooo......, they have to get their "secret" deals pushed through behind closed doors and spend more money. You can bet if it was their money though, and they weren't politicians, they wouldn't be doing what they are doing. Martha Coakley is a liar and she is projecting, in her commercials, what she really wants to do, and is saying instead she is not going to do it, while she had lobbyists at her DC fundraiser, this past week, from insurance companies, drug companies and the like. Let's do an upset in Boston and keep them on their toes like we are right now and make our vote count. VOTE BROWN!!!! NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR THE TRUTH. GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH, NOT MORE TAXES. LIVE FREE OR DIE!!!!!

Semper Fi!!!!
